Rachel Dapeer, Esq. Partner at Dapeer Law, P.A.

Rachel Dapeer, Esq.

Rachel Dapeer is the founding partner at Dapeer Law and takes a special interest in consumer class action litigation. Rachel has advocated for, and recovered, millions of dollars for consumers who have been wronged by large corporations. She has been certified as class counsel for actions nationwide in both state and federal court.

Rachel is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. After gaining big law firm experience, Rachel started her own practice so she could focus on helping consumers fight back by challenging harmful business practices that often violate state and federal consumer protection laws. She has spent the majority of her career prosecuting class actions involving false advertising and mislabeling, deceptive and unfair trade practices, privacy violations, and insurance and banking disputes.

Rachel is native to Miami, Florida. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.S.B.A., 2007) and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Cardozo Law School (J.D., 2011). Rachel practiced in New York City at Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, then Greenspoon Marder, LLP, and has over 10 years of experience in complex litigation.
