A cybersecurity incident summary dated September 2026, included in the same New Hampshire filing, states that the forensic firm Arctic Wolf Incident Response attributed the attack to a threat actor group known as "Akira" and found that initial access came through a vulnerability in the company's SSL VPN and firewall appliance.
