Valeria Linares

Valeria Linares is a Paralegal at Dapeer Law, where she supports the firm’s consumer protection and class action practice. She has over two years of experience assisting with complex civil litigation matters, including class actions, individual consumer claims, and arbitration proceedings, and has been with Dapeer Law for more than a year. Valeria works closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, contributing to case preparation, client communications, and the prosecution of claims against companies engaged in unfair or deceptive business practices.

Valeria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, with a concentration in law, business, and society, from Florida International University in 2023. While at FIU, she was a member of the Honors College, named to the Dean’s List, and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Valeria is committed to ensuring that clients are informed, supported, and effectively represented throughout the litigation process.
