On March 6, 2026, Hudson Valley Medical Billing & Credentialing, LLC ("Hudson Valley Medical Billing & Credentialing"), a New York company that provides medical billing and credentialing services to healthcare providers, discovered signs of unauthorized access to a company computer system. The affected system was immediately shut down and an internal investigation was launched to determine whether protected health information had been accessed.
