Background

What happened in the Systems Integrated data breach

On or about October 15, 2025, Systems Integrated, a company based in Orange, California, detected unauthorized access to its public network. According to its notice letter, the company secured the network, reported the incident to law enforcement, and began an investigation with external cybersecurity professionals. The investigation determined that some of its files may have been accessed by the unauthorized individual(s) on October 15, 2025.

The forensic investigation and data review concluded on June 3, 2026. The notice was reported to Massachusetts regulators on October 16, 2026, about a year after the incident was detected. The Massachusetts filing lists first and last name as potentially impacted information, and its breach form marks driver's license numbers and credit/debit card numbers as involved. The posted letter shows the remaining data elements only as a placeholder, so your own letter should list them.

Systems Integrated says it does not know for certain that files containing your personal information were impacted, but it has not been able to rule out that possibility. It is offering complimentary Experian IdentityWorks credit monitoring. Whether the company's security practices met legal standards, and whether the time between detection and notice caused additional harm, are among the issues being evaluated.
