Bennett College Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Bennett College is notifying roughly 599 people that a network intrusion from October 27 to November 15, 2025 may have exposed Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, and medical information. Notice letters are dated August 28, 2026, nine months after discovery. Dapeer Law is investigating.
