Berkeley Research Group Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Berkeley Research Group, LLC is notifying individuals that an unauthorized actor accessed its network between February 28 and March 2, 2025 and copied files containing Social Security numbers, passport and driver's license numbers, financial account information, and medical and health insurance information. Letters dated August 31, 2026 offer 24 months of Kroll identity monitoring. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action.
