Empire Express Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Empire Express, a Memphis-based transportation carrier, disclosed in May 2026 that an unauthorized party accessed its network from June through October 2025 and exposed names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and health and medical information. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action.
