Frost Bank Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

An unauthorized party accessed a third-party SFTP server holding Frost Bank customer data between December 2025 and April 2026, potentially exposing Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, and tax documents for approximately 191,848 individuals.
