Gem Prep Online Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action over the May 2026 Gem Prep Online data breach, in which unauthorized access to Instructure's Canvas platform may have exposed student and staff names, email addresses, student ID numbers, and private Canvas messages.
