Guardian Credit Union Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Guardian Credit Union reported a data breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General in August 2026 after an unauthorized actor accessed its systems. Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information were reported at risk, and affected members were offered 24 months of Experian IdentityWorks monitoring. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action.
