LHC Group, Inc. Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

LHC Group has begun mailing notices about an April 2026 incident in which an unauthorized party used credentials stolen in a vishing attack to download patient files containing health, insurance, and government ID information. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action on behalf of affected patients.
