McDermott Will & Schulte Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action over the McDermott Will & Schulte data breach, in which a firm user inadvertently sent client documents, including scanned identity records, to an unauthorized recipient on May 7, 2026. The firm reported 1,658 affected individuals and is offering two years of free Kroll credit monitoring.
