McLeod Physician Associates Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

A decommissioned Dillon Family Medicine server was accessed by an unauthorized party in October 2025, exposing the names, Social Security numbers, and medical records of 16,788 McLeod Physician Associates patients. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action on behalf of notice recipients.
