Motley's Auctions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Motley's Auctions reported that an unauthorized party accessed its network on March 3 and 4, 2026, removing names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information. Notice letters went out in August 2026. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action and offering free case reviews to notice recipients.
