Lucent Health Data Breach Class Action Settlement
Lucent Health Solutions, LLC agreed to a settlement with a $1.95 million cap on cash payments over an October 2023 data breach. Eligible class members can claim up to $5,500 for documented losses, or take a no-proof $80 flat payment, before the September 5, 2026 deadline.
Doxim Data Incident Class Action Settlement: $5.5 Million Fund
Doxim, Inc. and its credit union clients, Credit Union ONE and Beacon Credit Union, agreed to a $5,500,000 settlement over a December 2023 data incident that exposed members' private information. Eligible class members can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, or $100 with no proof required, by October 13, 2026.
Concord Hospital Pixel Tracking Class Action Settlement
Concord Hospital agreed to an $800,000 settlement over claims that website tracking pixels intercepted patients' communications and disclosed health information without consent. Eligible users can file for a pro rata cash payment by September 11, 2026.
Strides Testosterone Gel Benzene Class Action Settlement
Strides Pharma, Inc. has agreed to a $750,000 settlement over allegations its testosterone gel contained benzene above FDA limits. Purchasers between June 2022 and July 2025 can claim 40% to 100% reimbursement per prescription by September 16, 2026.
Calverton Park Towing Class Action Settlement
The City of Calverton Park agreed to a $465,000 settlement over vehicles towed from private property without notice, plus follow-up "Special Tax Bills." Class members can file a claim by September 4, 2026.
Pfizer Chantix Nitrosamine Class Action Settlement
Pfizer agreed to a $44 million settlement over allegations that its smoking-cessation drug Chantix contained an undisclosed nitrosamine. Consumers and third-party payors who paid for Chantix between 2015 and 2021 can claim a pro rata share of the fund.

FMC Services Data Breach Class Action Settlement
FMC Services has agreed to a $2.15 million settlement over a July 2022 data incident that exposed patients' personal and health information. Eligible class members can claim $75 flat cash or up to $5,000 for documented losses by August 31, 2026.

Compex Legal Services agreed to an $872,500 settlement over an April 2024 cyber incident affecting PII/PHI it held for law firms and insurers. Eligible class members can claim $100–$200 cash plus up to $5,000 for documented losses.
ACCC Data Incident Settlement: Up to $3,580 in Cash, or a No-Proof $45 Payment
American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) agreed to settle claims over a January 2025 data incident. Class Members can claim up to $3,580 in documented losses and lost time, or a no-proof $45 payment, plus three years of credit monitoring, by September 16, 2026.
SportsEdTV Video Privacy Class Action Settlement
SportsEdTV agreed to a $500,000 settlement over claims it shared subscribers' video-viewing data with third parties, including Facebook, without consent. Eligible subscribers can claim a pro rata share by September 10, 2026.
Abbott Laboratories Employees Credit Union Data Incident Settlement
ALEC agreed to settle claims over an August 2024 data incident. Class members can claim a pro rata share of a $150,000 cash pool, up to $2,500 for documented losses, and two years of credit monitoring. Claims are due September 3, 2026.
