Thermoflex Corp. agreed to a $9M settlement over fingerprint timeclock scans in alleged violation of Illinois BIPA. There is no claim form: workers who scanned between July 27, 2015 and September 3, 2020 receive a check automatically, an estimated $900 net.

ZK Technology LLC agreed to a $635,160 settlement over allegations it had Illinois workers scan a finger or face on a biometric timeclock without written consent. Estimated $800 to $2,000 per claimant, capped at $2,000. Claim by November 10, 2026.

ITS Technologies and Logistic, LLC agreed to settle claims it had Illinois workers scan a partial handprint or fingerprint on a timeclock without written consent. Estimated $964.48 per class member. Claim, opt-out, and objection deadline all fall on December 4, 2026.

GEICO agreed to a settlement of up to $1.65M over allegations it failed to correct inaccurate C.L.U.E. loss-history data it furnished to LexisNexis after consumers disputed it. Payment is automatic at about $150, but you must elect a payment method by January 14, 2027.

Live Stream Technology Services, doing business as BuyAlerts, agreed to a settlement of up to $3.6M over marketing texts sent after consumers replied “stop” and to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Up to $42.16 per person, no phone records needed. Claim by February 16, 2027.

Visa and Mastercard agreed to pay $167.5 million to settle Burke v. Visa, an antitrust class action alleging their network rules kept independent ATM operators from charging lower access fees, so cardholders overpaid ATM surcharges. Anyone who paid a surcharge at a non-bank ATM in the U.S. between October 24, 2007 and August 14, 2026 and was not fully reimbursed can claim a pro rata share, no documentation needed to file. Claims are due February 10, 2027.

Festival Fun Parks, operator of Raging Waters, agreed to an $850,000 settlement over claims that ragingwaters.com added a mandatory Processing Fee near the end of checkout without adequate up-front disclosure. Anyone in the U.S. who bought tickets on ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid the fee can claim a pro rata share, no receipts needed. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center agreed to a claims-made settlement over a July 2023 cyberattack that exposed personal information. Anyone sent a breach notice can claim $50 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses plus up to $52.50 for lost time, and every claimant gets one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete with $1 million in identity theft insurance. Claims are due October 19, 2026.

The New Mexico Department of Justice is distributing about $964,000 recovered from FastBucks under a 2016 court judgment that found its lending practices unlawful. New Mexico consumers who borrowed from FastBucks between 2007 and 2016 can request a pro rata payment based on their loan overpayments, no documents needed if you received a Claim ID. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

Schnucks agreed to settle claims that it charged Missouri sales tax on the full pre-discount price when Rewards members redeemed points. Rewards members who redeemed points on tax-eligible purchases at a Missouri Schnucks store between May 2, 2020 and August 7, 2026 can claim a flat $7 cash payment, no receipts needed. Claims are due November 3, 2026.

Concora Credit Inc. agreed to a $9.375 million settlement over allegations it placed prerecorded or artificial voice calls to cell phones of people who were not Concora accountholders, in violation of the TCPA. Anyone who received such a call between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026 can claim an estimated $250 to $650. Claims are due October 19, 2026.

Tyson, Hormel, Clemens, Seaboard, and Triumph agreed to pay $117 million to settle claims that the largest pork producers conspired to limit supply and inflate prices. Anyone who bought bacon or fresh pork at a grocery store for personal use between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018 in one of 24 states or D.C. can claim a share, with no receipts required. Claims are due October 29, 2026.

United Airlines agreed to pay $27.5 million to former employees who retired between August 17, 2017 and December 31, 2020 and were excluded from the cash severance under its 2020 and 2021 Voluntary Separation Programs because they had already retired. Final approval was granted September 1, 2026, and about 8,600 retirees will receive checks automatically after October 1, 2026 with no claim form.

Lands' End agreed to settle a class action over a December 2024 cyberattack that may have exposed Social Security numbers, driver's license and passport information, and some medical information. Anyone whose data was compromised can claim $60 cash with no proof or up to $5,000 for documented losses, plus two years of credit monitoring. Claims are due October 22, 2026.

Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka, California agreed to settle claims that Meta Pixel tracking on its website shared patients' private information with third parties without consent. The roughly 1,000 California class members can claim $25 cash with no proof and a year of CyEx Privacy Shield Pro. Claims are due November 2, 2026.

Alabama mental health provider Highland Health Systems agreed to a $650,000 settlement over a July 2023 cyberattack that exposed Social Security numbers, bank and payment card details, and medical information. Anyone whose data was exposed can claim about $85 cash with no proof or up to $5,000 for documented losses, plus two years of medical identity monitoring. Claims are due October 28, 2026.

TED Foundation agreed to settle claims it shared TED.com and TED app users' video-viewing data with third-party analytics providers without consent. U.S. TED account holders who watched a video between October 19, 2021 and July 14, 2026 get two free months of TED Membership automatically, or can claim $5 cash with no proof. Claims are due October 26, 2026.

Equinox agreed to a $685,000 settlement over an April 2024 data breach that exposed Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, medical information, and financial details. Anyone who received a notice from Equinox can claim an estimated $100 with no proof, up to $5,000 for documented losses, and three years of credit monitoring. Claims are due October 23, 2026.

John Deere agreed to pay $99 million plus interest, and to open its digital repair tools to farmers and independent shops, to settle claims it monopolized repairs on its large agricultural equipment. Anyone who paid Deere or an authorized dealer for repairs from January 10, 2018 to May 18, 2026 can claim a pro rata share. Claims are due December 31, 2026.

CSX Transportation agreed to a $1.5 million settlement over the November 22, 2023 train derailment and chemical spill near Livingston, Kentucky. Residents and homeowners within three miles of the site can claim up to $4,000 per household, rising to $6,000 if funds remain. Claims are due October 19, 2026.
