Metformin NDMA Contamination Class Action Settlement

Teva Pharmaceuticals, Granules, and Heritage Pharmaceuticals agreed to pay a combined $5.55 million to resolve claims that their generic metformin drugs were contaminated with NDMA and did not meet FDA standards. Anyone in the U.S. who paid for a qualifying metformin-containing drug between July 20, 2015 and June 2, 2020 can file a claim with no proof of purchase required. The deadline is July 10, 2026.

A $65 million settlement resolves third-party payor antitrust claims that Actelion Pharmaceuticals and Janssen Research & Development delayed generic bosentan from reaching the U.S. market. Fanatics Handling Fee Class Action Settlement: Claim Two $5 Vouchers by Aug. 27, 2026

Fidelity Investments August 2024 Data Breach Class Action Settlement: Up to $5,000 Plus Pro Rata Cash and 2 Years of Credit Monitoring

Class members can claim up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses tied to the incident, plus an approximately $100 pro rata cash payment with no proof required, plus an additional $50 California Consumer Privacy Act payment for California residents, plus two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring with $1 million in financial-fraud insurance. Oak View Group November 2023 Data Breach Class Action Settlement: Up to $5,000

Oak View Group, LLC, the global venue, hospitality, and sports and entertainment company that operates arenas, stadiums, and amphitheaters across North America, agreed to an $824,000 class action settlement over a November 2023 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems that exposed full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, demographic information, and driver's license or state or federal ID numbers. Class members can claim up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses, plus a one-time pro rata cash payment estimated at $150 for California residents and $50 for residents of other states, plus two years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring with $1 million in identity-theft insurance. Claims must be submitted by August 15, 2026.

Tuft & Needle California Mattress Pricing Class Action Settlement: Cash or Website Credit (Avg ~$75 per Mattress)

Tuft & Needle, LLC agreed to a class action settlement valued at approximately $2,995,000 over allegations that it deceptively advertised discounts on mattresses sold through tuftandneedle.com to California consumers between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2024. Each class member gets a Settlement Award equal to 45 percent of the discount Tuft & Needle represented they received on each qualifying mattress, paid as a cash benefit if a Claim Form is submitted by July 14, 2026, or as a three-year website credit by default. The average award is roughly $75 per mattress across the ~40,147 covered purchases. Attorneys' fees, expenses, and the service award are paid separately by Tuft & Needle, so they do not reduce class compensation.

Register.com (Network Solutions) TCPA Class Action Settlement

Newfold Digital and Register.com agreed to a $1.5 million non-reversionary TCPA settlement after plaintiff Tiffany Lewis alleged Register placed 1,652 artificial or prerecorded voice calls to 453 cellular telephone numbers that had been disconnected and reassigned per the FCC's Reassigned Numbers Database. In its April 1, 2026 Preliminary Approval Order, the Court estimated about $2,130 per affected number will remain for distribution after $500,000 in attorneys' fees, $25,000 in expenses, and a $10,000 service award are deducted. People who got such a call between February 12, 2021 and November 24, 2025 can submit a Claim Form by June 15, 2026 using just their name, address, and phone number.

Rolling Stone "Lifetime" Subscribers: Settlement Restores Your Print Edition and Adds 2 Years of RollingStone.com — No Deadline to Claim

Penske Media Corporation, parent of Rolling Stone LLC, has agreed to a class action settlement (Krivin v. PMC, C.D. Cal. 25-cv-05803) over allegations it breached "lifetime" subscription contracts and violated California's CLRA by switching subscribers from print to a digital E-Edition. PMC denies wrongdoing. Eligible U.S. lifetime subscribers can opt in — at no cost — to resume the printed Rolling Stone Magazine for as long as it continues to print and to receive two years of free RollingStone.com access. The Notice states there is no deadline to submit a claim.
