Francesca’s Acquisitions LLC agreed to a class action settlement after an alleged data breach between January 12 and January 31, 2023 exposed personal information belonging to customers and employees.

Who Can File a Claim?
You are eligible to file a claim if:
You lived in the United States during the breach
Your personal information was compromised in the Francesca’s data breach
You received a notice from Francesca’s on or after September 25, 2023
