Amazon Returns and Refunds Class Action Settlement
Amazon agreed to a $309.5 million settlement over unpaid, late, incorrect, or reversed refunds on returned items since 2017. Subclass A is paid automatically, and Subclass B must file with proof of return by December 1, 2026.
