Rolling Stone "Lifetime" Subscribers: Settlement Restores Your Print Edition and Adds 2 Years of RollingStone.com — No Deadline to Claim
Penske Media Corporation, parent of Rolling Stone LLC, has agreed to a class action settlement (Krivin v. PMC, C.D. Cal. 25-cv-05803) over allegations it breached "lifetime" subscription contracts and violated California's CLRA by switching subscribers from print to a digital E-Edition. PMC denies wrongdoing. Eligible U.S. lifetime subscribers can opt in — at no cost — to resume the printed Rolling Stone Magazine for as long as it continues to print and to receive two years of free RollingStone.com access. The Notice states there is no deadline to submit a claim.
