Teva QVAR Inhaler Settlement: $35 Million for Consumers Who Paid for QVAR or QVAR Redihaler — Claim by July 31, 2026
Teva agreed to a $35 million settlement over allegations it blocked generic QVAR inhalers from market, overcharging consumers and health plans for a decade. If you purchased QVAR or QVAR Redihaler between 2015 and 2025 in one of 43 states, you may be eligible for a cash payment. File by July 31, 2026.
Valsartan, Losartan & Irbesartan Contamination Settlement: Up to $120 if You Bought These Blood Pressure Meds — File by June 2, 2026
Three pharmaceutical manufacturers agreed to pay a combined $15.3 million to settle claims that their Valsartan, Irbesartan, and Losartan blood-pressure medications were contaminated with probable human carcinogens. If you paid out of pocket for Hetero Valsartan (May–July 2018), Aurobindo Irbesartan (Jan 2016–present), or specific lots of Vivimed Losartan, you can file a claim by June 2, 2026.
Berton v. Aetna California Infertility Class Action Settlement: $1.75M Fund, Up to $10,000 for LGBTQ+ Members Denied Coverage
Aetna agreed to a $1.75 million Settlement Fund (plus a separate $250,000 Special Harms Common Fund) to resolve claims that it denied equal infertility benefits to California members in LGBTQ+ relationships. Eligible class members can receive a $10,000 default monetary payment, a $1,408 Dollars for Benefits payment, and a share of the Special Harms Fund. Claim and opt-out deadline: June 29, 2026.
