Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Mercedes-Benz USA agreed to a state attorneys general enforcement settlement that pays a $2,000 incentive to current and former owners and lessees of certain Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter BlueTEC II diesel vehicles who install the free Approved Emission Modification (AEM) at an authorized dealer between August 1, 2023 and August 31, 2026. A Valid Claim with the Title, Bill of Sale, or lease agreement plus the final repair order must be filed by September 30, 2026 at mbaemincentive.com/Login.
