On May 29, 2025, Madera Community Hospital, an independent not-for-profit hospital serving Madera County, California, detected suspicious activity within its computer network. The hospital engaged third-party cybersecurity specialists, and the forensic investigation determined that an unauthorized party accessed the network for roughly two days in late May 2025.
