On June 5, 2026, McClarty Farms LLC ("HMC Farms"), a California-based agricultural grower headquartered in Kingsburg, California, detected unusual activity within its computer network. The company engaged outside cyber-security specialists, whose investigation determined that some personal information belonging to employees could have been accessed or downloaded during the event.
HMC Farms completed its review of the affected data and contact information on June 23, 2026 and began mailing notification letters on or around July 10, 2026.
