Greenwood County Hospital Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Greenwood County Hospital has begun notifying patients that a December 2025 network security incident at its third-party vendor, Aesto, LLC, exposed names and Social Security numbers stored on Aesto's cloud infrastructure. Notices were not mailed until August 19, 2026, roughly eight months after the activity was detected. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action and offering free case reviews to notice recipients.
