Healthfirst Bluegrass Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Healthfirst Bluegrass is notifying patients that a December 2025 security incident at its data services vendor Aesto, LLC may have exposed names and Social Security numbers. Notice letters were mailed August 26, 2026, roughly eight months after the incident was contained. Dapeer Law is investigating and offering free case reviews.
