Heart Care Centers of Illinois Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Heart Care Centers of Illinois is notifying patients and employees that an employee email account was accessed between August 22 and November 6, 2024. The practice says it did not identify the activity until January 15, 2026 and did not begin mailing letters until July 10, 2026. Reported data includes Social Security numbers and medical information. Dapeer Law is investigating claims for notice recipients.
