U.S. Bank Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

U.S. Bank is notifying customers that a security incident at a third-party provider, reaching the bank through its vendor FIS, may have exposed names, mailing addresses, and credit card numbers. Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action for affected notice recipients.
