Michal has represented nationally recognized companies, including NBCUniversal and Macerich, providing end-to-end legal support on contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management across a wide spectrum of matters. Her experience spans intellectual property licensing, promotional and brand partnerships, live events and experiential activations, and the development and distribution of consumer products. She routinely works on high-profile, multi-party deals requiring careful coordination between legal, creative, and business stakeholders.

Admitted to practice in California, Michal has been practicing law since 2013. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. She also completed advanced training in dispute resolution through a course at the Mediation Theory and Practice program at Pepperdine Law School’s nationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
