Town of North Andover Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

The Town of North Andover reported that its Office of Town Counsel inadvertently disclosed a resident's Social Security number in responses to three public records requests. Notice letters went out August 12, 2026, with 12 months of free credit monitoring. Dapeer Law is investigating.
