Dapeer Law is investigating a potential class action over the August 2026 LawnStarter data breach notices, sent after the Austin, Texas lawn care marketplace determined that credit or debit card numbers were involved in unauthorized access to its systems. Notice recipients may be eligible for a free case review.

Preferred Parking began notifying 5,318 customers in August 2026 that a June 2026 network intrusion removed files containing names and credit card numbers. Dapeer Law is investigating and offering free case reviews to notice recipients.
