Who Can File a Claim?

You may be eligible to file a claim if you:

Made a purchase at an Ann Taylor Factory Store or LOFT Outlet Store
Shopped in one of the following states: California, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, or Wisconsin
Purchased items during the qualifying timeframes listed below
Did not receive a refund or credit for your purchase
Submit a valid and timely Claim Form by the deadline

Ann Taylor and LOFT have agreed to settle a class action lawsuit that accused the brands of misleading discount pricing practices at their outlet store locations.

The lawsuit claims that Ann Taylor Factory and LOFT Outlet advertised false or deceptive discounts on merchandise, making customers believe they were receiving deeper price reductions than they actually were.

While the brands deny any wrongdoing, they’ve agreed to provide eligible customers with $11 settlement vouchers as part of a proposed class action resolution.

How Much Can You Receive?

If you're eligible, you can receive one $11 settlement voucher that can be used in-store only at Ann Taylor Factory or LOFT Outlet Stores.

Note: The vouchers cannot be used online, and the final value may vary slightly depending on how many claims are submitted.

You do not need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. However, you will be asked to attest under penalty of perjury that:

You made a qualifying purchase
You did not receive a refund or store credit
You meet all eligibility requirements based on location and date of purchase
