How Much Can You Receive?

If you received a notice from Panera regarding the March 2024 data breach, you may be eligible for a cash payment of up to $7,350, depending on the type of loss you experienced and your residency.

The lawsuit alleges Panera failed to safeguard private data, violating privacy laws and causing harm to those affected. Claims include:
