MDLIVE / Evernorth Patient Portal Pixel Class Action Settlement

Evernorth Health and MDLIVE agreed to pay up to $3.5 million to settle claims that the MDLIVE patient portal shared user information with Google and Meta. Eligible portal users can claim up to $15 by December 1, 2026.
