Thinkware Dash Cam Super Night Vision Class Action Settlement
Thinkware agreed to an $850,000 settlement over Super Night Vision advertising on X700, F200PRO, F70PRO, DC-M2-FG, and DC-M2-FG-IR dash cams bought from January 25, 2019 to August 31, 2024. Payments are pro rata, and one camera can be claimed without proof. Claims are due December 14, 2026.
