PowerSchool Naviance Student Privacy Class Action Settlement — $17.25M Fund, Claim by July 27, 2026

PowerSchool Holdings, Hobsons, Heap, and the Chicago Board of Education agreed to a $17.25M settlement over allegations that student communications were non-consensually tracked via the Naviance platform. U.S. students who logged into Naviance between August 18, 2021 and January 23, 2026 can file a claim.
