505 Quick Cash & Pawn agreed to a $400,000 settlement over New Mexico pawn contracts. Class members receive an automatic check of at least $20, plus any overcharge or surplus, with no claim form required.

Talcott Premium Tax Class Action Settlement

Talcott Resolution agreed to an $11 million settlement over alleged premium tax overcharges on universal life and variable universal life policies. Eligible policyowners do not need to file a claim and will receive a check by mail.

Thermoflex BIPA Fingerprint Timeclock Class Action Settlement

Thermoflex Corp. agreed to a $9M settlement over fingerprint timeclock scans in alleged violation of Illinois BIPA. There is no claim form: workers who scanned between July 27, 2015 and September 3, 2020 receive a check automatically, an estimated $900 net.

GEICO C.L.U.E. Report FCRA Class Action Settlement

GEICO agreed to a settlement of up to $1.65M over allegations it failed to correct inaccurate C.L.U.E. loss-history data it furnished to LexisNexis after consumers disputed it. Payment is automatic at about $150, but you must elect a payment method by January 14, 2027.
