Fragrance End-User Antitrust Class Action Settlement
International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) agreed to an $11 million settlement in a price-fixing case on behalf of U.S. consumers who bought products containing fragrance ingredients from 2018 through 2023. Final approval was granted September 16, 2026, and the claims process will be announced later.
