What happened
On July 14, 2026, StrataDx, a Lexington, Massachusetts diagnostics provider affiliated with Inform Diagnostics, Inc., notified the Massachusetts Attorney General of a security incident involving certain personal information. The notification letter sent to affected individuals states that, due to Massachusetts law, StrataDx is unable to describe the nature of the event. As a result, the breach window, the cause, and the date the incident was discovered are not publicly available.
According to the accompanying regulatory filing, the incident affected 84 Massachusetts residents, and the categories of information reported as involved were Social Security numbers and financial account information. StrataDx is offering affected individuals 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration through Epiq's Privacy Solutions ID program.
