About

If you held a Capital One 360 Savings account anytime between September 18, 2019, and June 16, 2025, you may be entitled to a cash payout and/or interest credits as part of a $425 million settlement.

A class action lawsuit accused Capital One of:

  • Failing to raise interest rates on 360 Savings accounts in line with newer 360 Performance Savings accounts

  • Not informing customers about higher-yield options

  • Misleading customers about the value of the original 360 Savings product

Capital One denies all wrongdoing, but agreed to the settlement to avoid prolonged litigation.
