McLean Mortgage Data Breach Class Action Settlement
McLean Mortgage Corporation agreed to a claims-made settlement over an October 2024 cyberattack that may have exposed Social Security numbers and financial account numbers. Class members can claim a $45 cash payment or up to $4,000 in documented losses, plus three years of credit monitoring. The claim deadline is December 10, 2026.
