Aspen Dental $18.7M Class Action Settlement: Were Your Online Appointments Tracked?

About

Aspen Dental Management Inc. has agreed to pay $18.7 million to settle a lawsuit over claims it used tracking pixels on its website that allegedly shared patients’ private data—including appointment details—with third parties like Meta (Facebook) and Google.

The lawsuit claims this violated patient privacy laws. Aspen Dental denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the expense and uncertainty of a trial.
