eSupplements, LLC d/b/a Nutricost agreed to a $1.835 million settlement over allegations its Magnesium Glycinate Supplements were mislabeled as containing 420 mg of magnesium "as magnesium glycinate" when they were not. U.S. purchasers of the 240-capsule or 120-capsule variant between February 1, 2021 and June 8, 2026 can file a claim — no proof of purchase required.

Albany Park (Edloe Finch LLC) agreed to a nearly $15 million settlement over allegations of deceptive discount pricing on its website. Every class member who purchased from AlbanyPark.com between June 21, 2020 and October 31, 2024 automatically gets a $115 store credit — or can elect $115 cash by filing a claim before August 18, 2026.
