Posh Group, Inc. agreed to a $1.2 million settlement over claims it charged California event ticket buyers undisclosed fees. California residents who purchased tickets from Posh between July 21, 2021 and June 13, 2025 may be eligible for a cash payment of up to $15. Deadline to file: July 7, 2026.
Gametime Ticket Fees Class Action Settlement — Get a Credit Voucher Worth 15% of Your Fees
Gametime agreed to a class action settlement over allegations it failed to adequately disclose ticket fees to California users. If you purchased tickets through the Gametime app or website in California between April 18, 2018 and May 12, 2025, you may automatically receive a Credit Voucher worth 15% of the fees you paid — no claim form required.
Fanatics Handling Fee Class Action Settlement: Claim Two $5 Vouchers by Aug. 27, 2026
Fanatics has agreed to a voucher-based class action settlement over allegations that it advertised "Free Shipping" or flat, low-rate shipping while charging a separate handling fee on online orders. U.S. customers who paid a handling fee on a Fanatics Websites purchase between May 6, 2018 and March 30, 2026 can claim two $5.00 vouchers ($10.00 total) for use on fanatics.com, with no minimum purchase. Claim deadline: August 27, 2026.
Fandango Ticket Fees and FanClub Class Action Settlement
Fandango agreed to a settlement valued at approximately $9.4 million over hidden Convenience Fees on California movie ticket purchases and FanClub membership issues. Convenience Fee class members can claim $3.25 in cash or automatically receive a $3.25 voucher. FanClub members automatically get a $7.50 voucher with no expiration.
