Fanatics has agreed to a voucher-based class action settlement over allegations that it advertised "Free Shipping" or flat, low-rate shipping while charging a separate handling fee on online orders. U.S. customers who paid a handling fee on a Fanatics Websites purchase between May 6, 2018 and March 30, 2026 can claim two $5.00 vouchers ($10.00 total) for use on fanatics.com, with no minimum purchase.
