What happened

Plaintiff Leshaun Robinson and other players sued Yellow Social Interactive Limited (YSI), which operates the social casino sites Pulsz and Pulszbingo, in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Alabama. The amended complaint alleged that YSI's sale of virtual coins used to play casino-style games violated the gambling laws of Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

YSI denies all claims and denies that it violated any law, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties agreed to settle to avoid the cost, risk, and delay of litigation. In addition to the benefits, YSI agreed to maintain a responsible gameplay webpage with information on gaming disorders, a voluntary self-exclusion policy, and at least one free game players can keep playing after running out of Gold Coins.

Common questions

How much money will I receive?

Your benefit is a percentage of what you spent on Pulsz or Pulszbingo in the covered period: 27% in Gold Coins by default, or 23% in cash if you elect it, in each case reduced by a proportional share of fees, awards, and administration costs. Cash elections are capped overall, so some of a cash election may be paid in Gold Coins.

Do I need to submit proof of purchase?

No proof of purchase is required. Benefits are calculated from YSI's records. If you opt out or object, you must provide your Player IDs or User IDs and associated email addresses.

What if I didn’t receive a notice?

You do not need a notice to receive Gold Coins, since they are issued automatically. If you want cash or think you qualify but did not get a notice, get more information from the official settlement website at YSISettlement.com, or contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-833-656-1878 or info@YSISettlement.com before November 30, 2026.

Does staying in the class affect my right to sue later?

If you stay in the settlement, you give up the right to sue YSI and related parties over the claims released in the Settlement Agreement, whether or not you elect cash. To keep your rights, send a signed exclusion request with your name, phone number, mailing address, email, and Player IDs or User IDs by November 30, 2026 to YSI Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 1029, Baton Rouge, LA 70821, or info@YSISettlement.com.

When will payments be sent out?

After the Court grants final approval at the December 31, 2026 hearing and any appeals are resolved. Cash payments are expected within 60 days after that. Gold Coins are deposited in installments over time.
