Enterprise Florida EEOC Age Discrimination Class Action Settlement
Enterprise Leasing Company of Florida agreed to a $1.8 million EEOC settlement over alleged age discrimination in Management Trainee hiring in Florida between 2019 and 2023. Applicants age 40+ who were denied a Management Trainee position can submit a Claimant Questionnaire by June 8, 2026 for a pro rata share of the relief.
Computer Merchant (TCM) Data Breach Settlement
The Computer Merchant, Ltd. agreed to a $610,000 settlement over a July 2024 data breach affecting job applicants and employees. Eligible class members can claim up to $3,000 plus credit monitoring. Claim deadline: June 24, 2026.
