What happened
The lawsuit concerns an alleged targeted cyberattack on Southern Graphics' computer systems that occurred in December 2024. According to the settlement website, the files involved contained personal information that may include names, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, driver's license or state ID numbers, financial account and payment card information, passport or other government ID numbers, health information, and health insurance information.
Southern Graphics denies liability and any wrongdoing, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties agreed to settle to avoid the cost, risk, and delay of continued litigation. The $750,000 Settlement Fund pays class member benefits as well as litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and service awards.

Where the money is going
Southern Graphics will pay $750,000 into a Settlement Fund. The fund covers litigation costs, attorneys' fees, service awards, and benefits for class members who submit valid claims. Because Cash Payment B is pro rata, the final amount per claimant depends on how many valid claims are filed.
All amounts listed above are pending and subject to final court approval at the Final Approval Hearing. The Court may award less than the amounts requested. The service award total is an estimate based on five Class Representatives at $2,500 each. The Cash Payment B amount is not fixed and depends on the number of valid claims.
Common questions
How much money will I receive?
You can choose reimbursement of up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses (Cash Payment A) or a pro rata cash payment (Cash Payment B), and you can also elect two years of credit monitoring. The pro rata amount is not guaranteed and depends on how many valid claims are filed.
Do I need to submit proof of purchase?
Cash Payment A requires proof of your out-of-pocket losses, such as receipts or statements. Cash Payment B and credit monitoring do not require documentation of losses, but you still need to submit a valid Claim Form. The online form requires the LoginID and PIN from your Notice.
What if I didn’t receive a notice?
The online Claim Form requires the LoginID and PIN printed on the Notice mailed to class members. If you believe you were affected but did not get a Notice, contact the Settlement Administrator at (866) 607-3453 or info@SouthernGraphicsDataSettlement.com before the November 3, 2026 deadline. A paper Claim Form can also be mailed to P.O. Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799-9958.
Does staying in the class affect my right to sue later?
If you stay in the settlement, you give up the right to sue, continue to sue, or be part of any other lawsuit against Southern Graphics over the claims resolved by this settlement, whether or not you file a claim. To keep those rights, you must opt out by October 19, 2026.
When will payments be sent out?
Benefits are distributed after the Court grants final approval at the November 18, 2026 Final Approval Hearing and after any appeals are resolved. An appeal can add a year or more to that timeline.
