Simplilearn Americas agreed to a $3 million settlement over claims it shared users' video-viewing information with third parties in violation of the VPPA. U.S. users of the Simplilearn Platform can claim a pro rata cash payment by December 15, 2026.
Suffolk County Red Light Camera Fee Class Action Settlement
Suffolk County agreed to pay up to $45 million to settle claims that its $30 red light camera administrative fee was illegal. People who paid the fee since April 1, 2013 can claim up to $36 per fee. File by December 8, 2026.

RealPage Rental Software Antitrust Class Action Settlement
Forty-one landlords and property managers that used RealPage pricing software agreed to $359.9 million in settlements with renters. Renters at RealPage-licensed apartments from Oct 2018 to Nov 2025 can file for a pro rata share by January 29, 2027.
MDLIVE / Evernorth Patient Portal Pixel Class Action Settlement
Evernorth Health and MDLIVE agreed to pay up to $3.5 million to settle claims that the MDLIVE patient portal shared user information with Google and Meta. Eligible portal users can claim up to $15 by December 1, 2026.
Dr. Squatch Natural Labeling Class Action Settlement
Dr. Squatch agreed to a $9 million settlement over claims its soaps and personal care products were falsely labeled natural. Buyers can claim $0.50 per product, up to $12.50 per household, by November 27, 2026.
Costa Del Mar Sunglass Repair Fee Class Action Settlement
Costa Del Mar agreed to a $21.75 million settlement over claims it charged Florida customers more than a nominal fee for sunglasses repairs. Florida buyers from 2013 to 2018 can file a claim by January 11, 2027, and eligible repair fee payers are paid automatically.
GoodRx Privacy Class Action Settlement
GoodRx and Criteo agreed to a $32 million settlement over claims GoodRx shared user health information through tracking technologies. U.S. users of GoodRx sites, apps, or services before April 20, 2024 may claim a pro rata payment by December 29, 2026.
Al Piemonte Nissan TCPA Do Not Call Class Action Settlement
Al Piemonte Nissan settled claims that it texted and called numbers on the Do Not Call Registry. Eligible class members can choose a $100 voucher or $20 cash. Claim by December 15, 2026.
Coast Dental Text Message TCPA Class Action Settlement
Coast Dental agreed to make up to $3.84 million available to settle claims it kept texting and calling people after they replied "stop." Eligible claimants can choose up to $59 cash or a $99 toothbrush voucher. Claim by December 24, 2026.
Knott's Berry Farm and California's Great America Processing Fee Class Action Settlement
Charged a processing fee on Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Soak City, or California's Great America tickets bought online between June 2020 and July 2024? Eligible Californians get $8, as cash with a claim or as a Six Flags credit. Cash claims are due December 22, 2026.
Aramark Capital One Arena Venue Fee Class Action Settlement

Jennmar Wage and Hour Class Action Settlement
Jennmar Corporation of Virginia, Inc. agreed to pay $3,000,000 to settle claims that hourly employees at its Virginia manufacturing facilities were not paid for all hours worked. Eligible employees receive a pro rata share automatically, with no claim form.
FCA US Overtime Class Action Settlement
FCA US, LLC agreed to pay $3,795,000 to settle claims that hourly production employees were underpaid overtime under the regular rate rules. Hourly employees at U.S. facilities from February 10, 2020 through May 12, 2025 receive a workweek-based share automatically, with no claim form.
Meadow Lark Leased Truck Driver Class Action Settlement
Settlements totaling about $1.37 million resolve claims that Meadow Lark improperly deducted pay from drivers who leased trucks. Former lease drivers after March 28, 2019 receive an estimated $6.50 per day driven automatically, but must submit a W-9 to be paid.
SkinSpirit Wage and Hour Class Action Settlement
SkinSpirit Essential agreed to a $490,000 settlement of California wage and hour claims. Non-exempt California employees from October 2020 through March 2026 are paid automatically, with no claim form required.
Studio One Theaters Tip Pool Class Action Settlement
Studio One Theaters agreed to a $280,000 settlement over tip pools that allegedly included managers and supervisors. Eligible employees are paid automatically, with estimated payments of $138, or $276 for FLSA opt-ins.
Banana Republic Wage and Hour Class Action Settlement
Banana Republic and The Gap agreed to a $1.95 million settlement of California wage and hour claims. Non-exempt California retail store employees from October 2022 through July 2025 are paid automatically, with final approval set for November 9, 2026.
Godfrey Hotel Hollywood Wage and Hour Class Action Settlement
Oxford Hotels and Resorts, LLC, doing business as The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood, agreed to pay $675,000 to settle California wage and hour and PAGA claims. Non-exempt employees who worked for Oxford in California from November 10, 2018 to July 20, 2025 receive a workweek-based share automatically, with no claim form.
