Costa Del Mar agreed to a $21.75 million settlement over claims it charged Florida customers more than a nominal fee for sunglasses repairs. Florida buyers from 2013 to 2018 can file a claim by January 11, 2027, and eligible repair fee payers are paid automatically.
SELA Realty Security Deposit Class Action Settlement
SELA Realty Investments agreed to pay $141,793.77 and provide $669,408.48 in debt relief to Florida tenants whose security deposits were kept without proper notice. Eligible tenants can claim 60% of their deposit by November 22, 2026.

BuyAlerts Text Message TCPA and FTSA Class Action Settlement
Live Stream Technology Services, doing business as BuyAlerts, agreed to a settlement of up to $3.6M over marketing texts sent after consumers replied “stop” and to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Up to $42.16 per person, no phone records needed. Claim by February 16, 2027.
