Anyone in the U.S. who bought tickets on ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid the fee can claim a pro rata share, no receipts needed. Claims are due November 24, 2026.

A proposed class action settlement resolves claims that Maxar Space LLC and Maxar Space Robotics LLC failed to protect data exposed in an October 2024 cyberattack.
