Thermoflex Corp. agreed to a $9M settlement over fingerprint timeclock scans in alleged violation of Illinois BIPA. There is no claim form: workers who scanned between July 27, 2015 and September 3, 2020 receive a check automatically, an estimated $900 net.

ZK Technology LLC agreed to a $635,160 settlement over allegations it had Illinois workers scan a finger or face on a biometric timeclock without written consent. Estimated $800 to $2,000 per claimant, capped at $2,000. Claim by November 10, 2026.

ITS Technologies and Logistic, LLC agreed to settle claims it had Illinois workers scan a partial handprint or fingerprint on a timeclock without written consent. Estimated $964.48 per class member. Claim, opt-out, and objection deadline all fall on December 4, 2026.

Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center agreed to a claims-made settlement over a July 2023 cyberattack that exposed personal information. Anyone sent a breach notice can claim $50 cash with no proof, or up to $5,000 in documented losses plus up to $52.50 for lost time, and every claimant gets one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete with $1 million in identity theft insurance. Claims are due October 19, 2026.
